Any licensed otolaryngologist (ENT physician) or ENT practice in good standing may apply. Every qualifying practice is accepted. If we need anything to finalize your listing, we'll reach out — otherwise your listing goes live at the August 2026 directory launch.

$289 per city for a basic listing. An optional Featured Listing (City Spotlight) is available for an additional $689 per city — placing your practice at the top of your city page above all ranked listings. Additional cities on the Featured Listing are available at a reduced rate, shown at checkout.

Listings are typically published within a few business days after approval. During a new directory's pre-launch period, approved listings are held and published when the directory goes live so that all participating practices debut together.

Practices that apply during our pre-launch period lock in special pricing for their first year of listing — at no additional cost beyond the listing fee.

Yes. Every listed practice receives a custom Top ENTs recognition plaque, suitable for display in your clinic or waiting room.

The Awards & Recognition Dinner is an exclusive annual event celebrating the practices featured on TopENTs.com. It brings together recognized practices, industry professionals, and invited guests to celebrate excellence in patient care. Each listing includes an invitation for your practice, with the event schedule and location announced in advance.

Yes. Your basic listing covers one city. You can add additional cities at $289 each. The Featured Listing (City Spotlight) is available per city; the rate for additional featured cities is shown at checkout.

Listings are annual. Once your listing is finalized, the listing fee is non-refundable. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next annual cycle.
